make add block plus extension work in blacklist mode.

Problem:
I needed ABP to work only on certain sites and the rest of the time not to be operational.
(so called: blacklist mode)

Solution:
Go to filter preferences -> custom filters -> add fileter
and add the following filter:

@@*$document,domain=~youtube.com|~yahoo.com|~upload.com

You get the point, right?
